LOL! My suns do this! All of them. When you talk, they move their beaks and emit little squeaky or gravelly sounds as you talk. When you stop, they stop. It's entirely normal and I think they're trying to mimic what you're doing. This is just my opinion here, and maybe there's a scientific reason, but... Most people talk very fast for a bird. They see your lips move; they move their beak in mimicry. They hear your -to them- rapid low or high talking; they make vocalisations to match. In essence? I believe they're returning conversation in 'human style'. It's adorable isn't it?
