Yeah Kali, the laws don't allow cats to be out at night, so I guess they were in the wrong. Poor kitty. He has dags in his fur too. I'd love to give him a good brushing.
vle1170, there is no way my mum, or I, would leave a cat outside when it needs help- or not take it from the vets when it may be hurt, hopefully the owners do see that as a decent thing :/ Oh did I mention he has no collar?
I shall see what the vet says and give updates tomorrow.
