Just wanted to say hello everyone.
I was looking for info about cockatiels and found the board. I find it very resourceful. I read through some of the posts and I can say that the people here are amazing and very kind.
I recently adopted a cockatiel that my son named Star. I got him from petco and I was told that he's 6 months old but I think he's younger. He keeps trying to reach for the food in my mouth. I know I can't do that because of health reason for him and me but I can't even eat in front of him. He doesn't like to stay in his cage. He's very attached to people. I will need some help and I am sure I will find it here. Thank you for taking the time to read. Below is Star's Pic.
