Dangers Of Bird Poop

I'm retired living in Thailand with my wife and 2 kids

We have 8+ pets. 2 dogs 1ea Squirrel, Sugar Glider,Guinea Pig, Hamster,
Common Myna Bird and some fish who just had babies. LOTS of babies.

The Myna bird (named George Bush because he poops on everyone)
is my concern. We got him through default. We found 3 tiny Myna babies in
the road. Either fell from nest or kicked out by intruders taking their nest.
Didn't even have feathers. 2 died but we managed to save George. He's
6 weeks old, has the run of the house and thinks he's a dog. He follows us all
over the house and is not happy unless he's sitting on somebody's shoulder or
knee. He's part of the family. There are 2 grown Myna's that have pretty
much taken over our front porch because they eat the dog's food and drink
their water. They are big and are very territorial. They let no other birds close
to their free food and water supply.

If we let George live out side I have no doubt he would hang out on our porch
and be very very happy. However I'm sure the other 2 Myna's would gang up
and kill him(Myna's can do bad things with their bill)

Problem is George poops all over the house. My question is this. Is George's
poop a danger to the family? We clean after him constantly but is just being
around bird poop dangerous because of all the germs/virus it's supposed to
carry. Have heard some bad things about bird poop
