Do you know of any SST cages that have a bar spacing of 1/2" or 5/8"? I haven't been able to find any :( Avian Adventures used to make a stainless steel Chiquta cage but they no longer do.
I've seen the Prevue cages and they are so-so. I don't care for the stand but the cage itself is OK, just so long as you go for the biggest one possible (with safe bar spacing, of course).
The smallest that I'd go for a small parrot is a 24" square cage, like this one:

But a better idea is a flight cage, like this one:
