Question Does your bird fit his/her species description?

You know, labels such as "nippy" or "clownish" that people use to generalize the nature of different kinds of parrots?

So my question is.. does YOUR bird act like the general characteristics for his/her species?

KC definately does - shes a true parrotlet. Chloe also fits the bill of "parrotlet". Though my lovebird, Alex, doesn't really fit what some people say about lovebirds - he's really more laid back and not too hyper/nippy as many other lovebirds tend to be.

Pahgi is described in one word - lorikeet. He fits his species desription quite well. My conure Pickle is nothing what people say conures - he is the most serious bird I have ever met.. I suppose thats most likely because of his troubled past, and its expected. Hopefully one day he'll come around.

So what about you?
