My budgies, bourkes, and cockatiel all fit their description of their species.

Now Noel, she's quite different! Cherry heads are said to be playful, love to cuddle/very affectionate, active, trouble makers, etc...

Noel chews, but she does not play. She loves kisses, and occasionally headscritches, but is not one for affection. She is most active when outside on her apple tree, but is otherwise very calm and secluded. Noel a trouble maker? Might as well be telling me its raining cats and dogs (literally). She's not a clown, she doesn't get into things, she's not really ever moody, only occasionally nips...

Noel did however come from a very horrible past (being attacked by a ferret, then not getting enough toys or attention, let alone a good diet, for 5 years) so this probably does contribute a lot to it, though sometimes it seems as if I am missing something because I hear about all these other birds that turn around within a few months of coming into a new and better home. I must always remind myself that she's simply not like them.
