Ha ha my Macaw is the "safe" one. He could be out all day when I am not home (I don't do this, but if...) and he would stay on his cage or inside. It is my U2 who can't be trusted. She likes to take walk abouts!!! and chew my moulding around the doors. and my floor boards.
Mine are also locked up about 10 hours a day.
But if you saw their earlier post they also have tae kwon do every evening for about 2 hours. I asked in the other thread if they had a parrot yet. If the answer is no, then I highly suggest that they don't get a parrot because they deffinetly don't have enough time to spend with the bird!
