Do you have nest boxes? Safe nesting material? Are they fed a proper diet? Are they of the proper age to be breeding? Get direct sunshine? Are they in a large cage/aviary? How many times have they bred this year? Does it look like the chicks starved? Were they attacked by the parents? Or did they get cold? Do you have extra supplies in case you need to handraise the chicks? Do you have contacts that will handraise the chicks in the case that you are unable to? Do you have an avian vet who can offer advice?

If you are not prepared for what may happen during breeding, it may not be a good idea to breed your birds. It's not worth the risk of loosing a baby if you cannot raise the chick yourself in case of an emergency, or know of someone who can. I don't mean to be harsh, but it's reality.

Maybe you can provide us with more information, such as where these birds are located, are they all housed together or separately, their diet, where their nests are, etc...
