Hey there, I'm Damain's wife, Shelly, He bought me the most beautiful B&G Maccaw for my "40" birthday, I said it, 40, oh well - not so bad
Anyway, "skittles" that's her name because she's colorful and my entire family just loves the candy skittles - starburst as well but Skittles is the name she landed.
My children are soooo intrigued with her, both of my boys just love interacting with Skittles. My 8 soon to be 9 year old can't get enough of her and my 15 soon to be 16 year old surprisingly has really taken a liken to her
. my daughter 13 soon to be 14 likes her but doesn't seem interested
- just likes watching her. Why do I say "soon to be" for all of my children? because they all 3 have a birthday next month - all in November!!! My youngest wants, you guessed it, a bird!! his very own parakeet, I guess I'll give in especially since it has changed from a gerbil/hamster to a parakeet

Don't know if My parents have joined this bird or not but they bought a Military the day after I got Skittles - his name is Patton and he's beautiful also...
Well, gotta go, got lots to do mom of 3 children, 1 husband
3 bassett hounds, 1 boykin spaniel, 2 maltese, 2 gouldian finches, 1 rosey bourke, 4 white faced cockatiel, 4 pied cockatiel, 2 violet love birds, 2 green cheek conures and our latest addition 1 B&G MacCaw!!!!
