Hi, I posted a few days ago on Quakers and Cockatiels and asked which is better for me. Most said Tiels but, thanks to my lack of not being able to make up my mind
now I have all the types of parrots as a choice. *sigh* I am a bad decision maker. So, can you help me out. My budget is 400 dollars. Looking for type of parrot that is not very tiny and that is fairly quiet can talk and is friendly.
