Okay, I am still not recovered - guess that comes with age - may take me all week long. I only have a few pictures to share; gee whiz; felt like I took more than this.
Anywho ~ the first picture is of Sassy - yes, this is her third and final name. She loves men - the second bird that I have gone to great distances to bring home to my flock, and she loves men! She only tolerates me!
The second picture is of me and Sylvester. Don't be fooled - it took me a lot of liquid courage to go get this one out of his cage, however, once out he let me love all over him!
The third one is of Tammy with the three cockatoos - not sure if Tammy is a cockatoo momma or a macaw momma! Seems to me that they all love her.
And the final one is of David with Merlin and Buck; Merlin is playing his famous "shoulder game".
We had a GREAT time and as much fun as I had, there really is no place like home. Elwood and Tinker were both glad to see me last night; I rubbed Elwood's belly and got a few beak strokes in with Tinker, until she remembered who I am!
