Nonstick pans again- ameriware

Ok Anytime I have discussed non stick pans with any bird expert I have heard if it is non stick it is teflon. Well I was in Sam's club the other night and watched a demo on this nonstick pan. The guy claims it is all commercial cookware and resturaunts are not allowed to use teflon when cooking. He says they are coated with a titanium, ceramic coating and there is absolutley no chemical compound of teflon in the pan at all. These pans were unscratchable and you can use metal on them, He had one sitting on high heat for six hours without any smell or adverse effects ( like the pan melting) These can even go in the oven. They have a 25 year guarntee, I think it is called Ameriware.
Now is the sales man scamming me or not? Has anyone ever heard of this? Is there actually non stick cookware out there that is safe to use? Is it true that resturaunts can not use teflon in there pans?

I will investigate further, But I have my doubts.
I don't want to hear from the people who promote teflon , I am not asking whether to use teflon or not. That is something I will not do.
