Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum so just thought I'd introduce myself. My real name is Lisa, and I'm the proud mom to Simon, a green quaker who will be a year old this month, and our new flock member, Pogo, a black headed caique, who we just brought home about a month ago and he is 4 months old.
We also have 2 11 year old pomeranians in our "flock". We live in Dallas, Texas, really close to White Rock Lake, where there is an awesome flock of wild quakers, that I spent over a year watching before finally deciding that I just had to have one of my own! I will posts some pics a bit later....I'm still having trouble getting any of my caique other than his beak since he flaps over to hang off the camera every time I get the camera out!!
