I can't decide between a green cheek conure or a quaker parrot! Please help me decide. I am going to get him this cage:

People told me it is big enough. I am also going to buy him 3 perches, a happy hut, zupreem pellet diet, plenty of toys, avian carrier, and much more. I will let him out for hours a day out of his cage and play with him for many hours. Please give me pros cons or whatever you would like to use to compare the two and tell me which i should choose!
