Avitech has treated me very well. There is a lot to recommend them.
Even the best owners / employees can have a bad day. Customer service is often a thankless job.
Call back, don't bitch or yell, and don't take out your anger on someone who isn't directly responsible. If someone on their end made a mistake give them an opportunity to make it right. If they don't offer you some form of consideration, suggest that a discount on your next order would ease your frustration.
There are so many more important issues to worry about.
