A great way to ensure good customer service:
Warmly greet the rep and ask their name! Say their name a good three times during the conversation. If a rep knows you can identify her... she is likely to be on her best behavior.
Also... please don't forget to get in touch with a manager to compliment someone... not just when you need to complain. The Supervisors get enough gripes... and you can really make the day (and possibly a raise) for a "worker bee"!
