Well, She did my severe macaw first. I thought at first most of the answers she gave she could have guessed at. I emailed her back and told her she was correct on all of them and the little boy that Emma mentioned from her past must remind her of my son. She corrected me and said Emma wasn't talking about a boy from her past that she liked, it was her present and did my son have dark short hair and love wearing red shorts? I started to believe a little after that.
That's when I lost my quaker. I sent the lady a panicked email. I told her that my baby quaker flew out the door and he wasn't weaned and his wings were partially clipped and there was alot of cats outside and it was getting dark and we had searched for 5 hrs without even sighting him and and and, Lol, I'm sure she thought I was a nut.

She emailed me back within 5 minutes and asked for a picture. She also warned me that lost animals were very hard to connect with.
I emaild her his picture and she said he was in a deep groove but could see daylight. He was trying to climb out but the dirt was fresh so he kept sliding back down. She reminded me that to a baby quaker the deep groove might only be a few inches deep.
That pointed me in the direction of the houses instead of the down town store area.
Then she called me on the phone to tell me that the baby had wanted to see the red trucks but when he got there he got scared and flew. He then flew into a yellow "wall" and either went over, under or around it. That's when he fell into his deep groove.

Now, the fire dept is directly across the street from me. That's where the red trucks came in and that's the direction the baby flew. We had all gone inside, around, and past the fire station without any luck.
But then if you looked into the parking lot next to my store there was a bright yellow car that had been parked there all day. I figured that was the babys "wall". Across the street is a small incline with bushes around this house. The cats dig "grooves" to lay in. Once I started towards the bushes out flew my baby!

The little snot flew up into a tree and refused to come down. From time to time he'd rip a leaf off the tree and send it down.

I called the lady back and told her this. She reconnected with the baby who said he was having to much fun playing to want to come down. Both the lady and I pleaded with the baby to come down. What finally did it was the lady promised the baby I would take him across the street to see his beloved fire trucks.

As soon as she told him that she said she lost connection with him. Lol, that was the exact same time he flew down and landed between my feet!
If I didn't believe in stuff like that I sure did after all of that! Even my non believing husband has been converted.
I've used her a few times now on some of my birds and she really has helped me a ton with some problems I never would have figured out on my own. My husband says he sure that the lady was wrong at least once though. She told me that my little rescue conure loved my singing. My husband says not even a bird could love my off key, tone deaf singing.
