He has a week to go. He's right now on comfort feedings, mainly to bolster his confidence. But! He's discovered that sprouts and papaya are awesome things and if they're awesome, perhaps that other green stuff is too! lol So, he's not begging for the little bit of baby food now, he begs for fruit! LOL But, I won't consider him 'finished' for a week. I want to make certain he holds his weight for 2 full weeks before I let him out of my hands.
He finally gave over a bit and snuggled tonight. Let himself be preened and scratched under his wings and tail. Opened his body to touching for once, so I think he'll come around very well! And yes yes for those who'll comment... blah blah blah sexual areas, blah blah... he's a chick, he has no sexual interests yet. He, on the otherhand, needs to realise hands are good things anywhere on his body. LOL

Happiness is having a shop-vac for a regular vacuum, feeling nutriberries between the toes in the mornings, & the occasional sip of hand-feeding formula when you mistake it for morning coffee. Ahh life!
