Yeah, I'll be moving out in a couple of weeks so the bird and the dog living together is a temporary thing since banjo will be coming with me but shayla wont. I cant really just start locking shay out since she has been our only pet for 6 years and is super attached to being around us whenever she can. I've cuddled the bird and the dog at the same time and when they're both calm shay just sniffs banjo and then loses interest. She just gets excited and wants to see what he is. I'd never leave them unsupervised though.
