I want a smaller perch for Cola that I can roll around the house. Would this be ok?

I already have a big play stand, just looking for more compact when I am in different parts of the house. When she sits her tail hangs straight down, I wondered if it wouldn't drag on this one, but I don't want her too high. She has a bit of height aggression that I am working on.
