I see no problem with a bit of chemical assistance while concurrently working on the problem. Why let the bird suffer by plucking? Why risk everyones safety?

I wish more humans that seek chemical assistance realized they still need to fix the underlying problem. At least the birds owners realize it is just a temp fix and working to correct the problem.
