Grey cheeks are basically impossible to find as hand-tamed pets. There are very few breeders working with them and most are trading amongst themselves to increase bloodlines.
There are a few breeders in the US working with other brotogeris parakeets. The canary-winged parakeets are easiest to find and orange-chinned parakeets can be found, too. From time to time you might find a golden-winged parakeet (like I did) or a cobalt-winged parakeet.
One of the best known aviaries for breeding brotogeris parakeets is Shady Pines in FL. WONDERFUL breeders and I highly recommend that you get in touch with her:
