Hi. My name's Manda (the only person that gets away with calling me Mandy is my dad), and I live in Maine. Winter's suck if you hate snow.
I'm in college online for health and human services. I have 3 cats (Garfy, Boots, and Smokey) and now 3 Cockatiels (Sunny and Skittles - 6 and 7, and Freckles - 3 months or so). My babies!
I was very worried about Freckles until I found out about this community and got good advice about how to help win her over. She's making baby steps, but she's still a baby herself. I think she knows that I love her and she's learning I can be trusted. I can't tell you guys how welcome I feel on this community or how great the advice is that I've gotten here. The support is overwhelming and I hope I make a lot of life-long bird-loving friends here.
