Doing this to birds is not uncommon. I've seen them do it to turkeys before as well as chickens and i pretty sure that parrots arent much different. the only problem i see is that she will not take care of the egg and chick. Theres no male so she will still lay an egg but in her mind its infertile and after around 15 days she will abandon the egg and the chick inside. So if you wanted her to be a mother that is possible but probly expensive but you'd have to hatch the egg and take care of the little one. I hope i helped.
