Ok,
So I have a friend, whose mother has cats, more than 30 of them. The problem is, she doens't get them spayed or neutered. Which i don't think all cats and dogs need to be spayed or neutered unless of course it is out of control like this situation. Anyways, her cats are always pregnant, and they are inbreeding and urinating and deficating all over the house.
You can smell the house when you walk by.
And she won't find homes for any of the kittens until they are adults, which is when she doesn't want them because they arent as cute anymore.

I have tried offereing a free get your pet spayed/neutered voucher. But she doesn't accept it. and I am not the only one. Many people have tried to help.

And I wouldn't have a problem with this, if only there weren't shelters that pick up these animals and either euthanize them, or keep them in a tiny little cage until a home is found for them, which is becoming more and more rare.

So what should I do?
I really feel like I should make a report about this, but at the same time, they are my friends, and I would feel terrible if they took all of her cats away.
