well i just made an anonymous report. They said there is no law about having to spay/neuter your cats and they said i could trap them if i wanted.
But when I told him there were more than 30 cats he said they would go talk to her.
Its really sad because where I am living right now, the authorities arent used to having to deal with many animal neglect situations. When i lived in the city, if this was happening they would be on that like flies on poo.
well maybe something will be done. Its just so frustrating because it is my friends mom.

Also I am looking for a kitten for a friend of mine, but i dont want to have one of theirs, simply because I feel that it will just add to her thinking it is ok. you sorta see what I am saying?
