I agree with Matt.
Housing them separately will be the best option for you. They'll still keep each other company in side-by-side cages. With so much toe nipping, even without blood, it's pretty unsafe for the babies to be in the same cage with the PF. The PF just may get truly upset one day and kill the babies.
