Is she definately a she? If so I would ignore her. Also, depending on her age she may very well lay eggs. For this reason I would make sure that she has a source of calcium such as egg food or a cuttlebone. It is good that you are not giving her nesting material. The other thing that you may want to do is to give her less time in the light as this can also effect egg laying.
