Went to the bird fair in Indianapolis today and ended up coming away with a peach faced lovebird.
Calling him (it) Nehi, after Peach Nehi (soda pop).
I'm letting him settle in to his new digs.... He was hungry when we got home and I got him set up, he had a bite to eat first thing.
He's about 5 months old they said. He's very skittish right now, but he's had a rough day....lol.... Dunno how docile it'll be once everything has calmed down. Hopefully he'll come around well.
