Well its two am and just got my daughter home from the ER where she got 7 stiches in her upper lip . Seems that no matter how many times you warn teens about things they have to learn the hard way . The u2 that we got on tuesday has been as sweet as can be but have warned the kids that he has a long history of abuse and bitting so keep your face away from him . hold him love him but no shoulder and no getting your face near him . When we put the baby to bed today he stuck his little beak out of his cage and said kisses and so my 17 year old went over and gave him kisses . Now she has a big fat lip with a big hole in it . I feel so bad for her and please dont think im horrible but feel bad for the bird . I know now she will be scared of him and he will miss her loving on him . Gosh I do sound like a horrible mother
