arizonabirdtalk : Arizona Bird Talk You're not actually in Arizona yet but you're close enough to it that they'd probably let you go ahead and join. There's probably someone there who can give you tips that are relevant to the Kingman area.

ArizonaBirdLovers : Arizona Bird Lovers I don't belong to this one so I can't tell you what it's like, but it seems to be very active.
Kingman is relatively cool by Arizona standards (although hotter than Michigan I'm sure). Moving there in the summer isn't as masochistic as moving to somewhere like Phoenix in June.
