Just saying hello
Hi to all,
Just joined and wanted to say hi. I have 8 parrots and all but two are rehomed and/or rescued for one reason or another. We have a huge outdoor aviary for the macaws to play in during the day, weather permitting and a smaller one we added on for the greys. Also a big florida room play area with tree branches hanging down from the ceiling, and of course they have their own room with big cages for night time or when we are not home. I also have 5 German Shepherds and 9 goats. Love my pets, love animals in general and love the garden and nature. I am a nurse for many years and am now learning the art of dog grooming for a second career. Through the years of having parrots I have learned a lot and hope I can contribute to your knowledge and learn even more from you all.
