I'm so sorry to hear about your pup. I'm going through the similar thing right now, except Cash has vestibular disease (neurological disorer) and I'm not sure he's going to make it this time.
However, there is a website called
Handicapped Pets - Elderly, Disabled, Injured, and Special Needs Pets and they sell doggy wheelchairs for dogs up to 250 lbs. I found Cash's booties to help him walk better on the laminate and tile floors.
