I have a pair of eclectus who have successfully hatched and raised chicks. I will defer to a lovebird expert on the particulars of this species, but having gone through the whole experience I want to make a couple suggestions: leave the eggs the full 23 (or more) days. This means leave all of them until the last egg laid has had time to hatch. Sometimes some eggs are fertile and some of the eggs are clear, especially with first time breeders. Leaving clear eggs the full hatch time will keep Razzle from laying again immediately and will give her mate experience in feeding her while she is nesting.

Secondly, unless the parents do not feed the babies, you may want to hold off on hand feeding completely and let the parents raise their chicks. You can handle them daily once they are feathered and do a pretty good job of taming them. I think hand feeding babies is not something you want to learn by reading. If the parents do not feed them, then of course you'll need to do this and maybe you can get a local breeder to give you some hands on instructions. The most important thing is for the chicks to get the best possible start, right? Good luck and enjoy!
