I was under the impression that a quarantine was keeping birds separate for 30 days, like in separate rooms, nothing interacts etc. My local rescue said that you have to keep them separated for 30 days and in different air. In other words a room that isn't hooked up to the rest of the house's filtration. How is this possible. I don't know anyone that has a different air system in one part of their house then another.
