sisal twine can be purchased from Bunnings and other hardware stores. You may be able to get jute and cotton as well, I'm pretty sure I got some untreated cotton cord fairly easily, just can't remember where....
And as for any other toy parts, well good luck cuz I haven't found any! Nothing that isn't obscenely overpriced anyway! Best off making your own. I make my own toys. I saw a little jingly thing with beads and a bell for $17, and I made about 4 of the same for that price! Such a rip off.
