Hi, and welcome. I had to laugh a little because you are describing a bird that probably doesn't exist. But, don't worry! You can still find a companion that is a good match for you.

I honestly think it is less about the species than it is about the individual. The problem is that parrots have life stages like people and the baby will become an adult and the behavior will change accordingly.

I have had both babies and adults and don't see a huge difference in the behavior because it always has to be a relationship that you actively work on and is a lot of give (and take) - much more than a dog or cat.

So here is my recommendation: there are many birds out there for adoption and you can check with a local exotic vet, avian vet, or rescue and meet different birds. You may find one you just "click" with and the behavior is likely to be more consistent if it is already an adult.
