Iguanas are vegetarians however they have been known to try meat. As long as the birds are in a safe place they should be fine, wash your hands between handling each one. Iguanas tend to stay to themselves and sunbath alot. I dont think you need to worry especially if your birds are bigger than conures. Just dont let them near each other.
