Listen, why do you want to clipp him? Don't you have a shedding blade to get all that extra hair out. You might want to ask at a riding stable what they recommend. Judy
I'm clipping him because he's not able to shed his hair out like he used to. It's been up to 110 degrees here in FL with the heat index and he just can't shed it out.. I've tried curry combs. shedding blade.. you name it. It sometimes happens with senior horses where they lose the ability to shed as they should. Handsome is 23 yrs old.

I purchased the Laube clippers at Lori's recommendation and it came with a #10 wide blade, plus I bought 2 additional #10 blades. I looked high and low for people to clip him and could not find anyone, so I did it myself. It just got way too hot here for me to wait any longer.
