I feed the fruity...they won't touch the plain. And all my birds are healthy, bright eyed and fully feathered. And they eat them all up so..I know they are getting their base nutrition. Of course as any good bird mom they get daily fruit, veggies and nuts. Sometimes a treat of birdie bread or pasta!
