There is never any harm in asking a question...I'm sure your vet has heard a bunch of doozies over the years.
As for the noises, from what you describe, they are perfectly normal. My lovies make cute little squeaks and peeps in the night as well...sometimes, they give all out chirps if they hear me moving ( they are in my master bedroom).
Just sounds as if you have a happy little bird.
