Good Morrow

Hi.
I live in the South Island, New Zealand.
In the rurals on a dry stock farm.

Am about to be a bird keeper again. Getting a Rainbow Lorikeet delivered next week some time.

So I thought I best build an aviary for it.
I intend on having a half dozen in the near future.
Along with some Quail.
Here is the area I cleared, I already poured the concrete pad out back and will move it in place for the house part.
It shall be planted with ground cover and tussocks.

I last had an aviary 20 years ago. In that I kept Cockatiels, Zebra finch and Chinese Quail.

I also have half a dozen tropical fish tanks, a cat, and a dog on order (coming after our winter). I am in the process of building a fish room in our garage. We just moved house so things are not quite set up as yet.
