Not picky eh? A green cheek or any mutations will *not* be a talker. Any words or phrases learned, if they are learned, will have a gravelly voice. A quaker *may* talk more but, in my experience, will not be as cuddly...
Both will be "one person birds" although both can be trained to accept other people.
And in the end - the bird you decide on may be totally different than from my experience. If you want another bird then you just have to accept that.
