I cook mine into mini muffins. I made some more today with fruits in it. And man, she is smacking that beak! The Parakeets, no luck yet. I take pieces of fresh fruit and veggis and thread onto a piece of wire and dangle in their cage for about 20 minutes, some days with pnutbutter some days with out. They peck it some.....better than not...
