To answer some of your questions.....I'm from Florida and I've been around birds for a long time. I have a lot of friends that are in the bird business so I have been able to buy my babies at a very young age and am trying to get them as close in age as possible so they can hopefully all play together in the indoor and outdoor aviary we are building for them to just play in. We are converting our garage into a playgym for the big guys to swing and climb on the Get A Grip and lots of swinging ropes and stuff and then of course outside some of the same with lots more toys. It's almost double everything I buy is for the inside plus the outside. I'm sure they'll love the Atom. My Blue and Gold is 6 months old, my Harlequin is 4 months old and my Scarlet baby is 45 days old. I'm still handfeeding the older ones just not as much but the Scarlet is still every 4 hrs. I'm waiting on my Greenwing macaw to become available and then we will have all our babies and be able to just sit back and play and watch them grow. We have pretty much built our lives around these guys since we love them so much the only thing that's hard is going for a vacation. Any suggestions? haha....anyway that's it for the macaws and then we have a male and female Vos Eclectus and 2 African greys and 4 Blue Black masked love birds of which 2 are only 3 months old that I raised that I found peeking at me on Christmas morning. So I've seen "alot" of formula these days lol We also have 4 Airedale terriers, 4 chihuahuas and one Cockapoo, a leopard gecko named Yogi, a southern flying squirrel named Mr. Beasley and sugar glider, Tobie and of course the Koi ponds. Yep, we stay busy but love them all. My husband is fantastic with all the animals and loves them as much as I do. So that's about it.
