Hi, I have a parakeet we adopted from the animal pound a year ago and I'm still trying to figure him out! He is a lot more complex than our dog, guinea pigs, and hermit crabs all put together! I am looking forward to learning more and will be posting questions about flying, biting and a second bird. Right now he is flying around the house, landing on me but preening me rather roughly sometimes. I love to see him flying so gracefully now that his flight is back but he seems a little bossy. I am eager to pick up some useful tips.
