I fixed my first batch of "birdie bread" yesterday. I used Jiffy corn bread mix, added eggs, cooked sweet potato, exact pellets,vegetable stew baby food,and mixed veggies. I thought it would turn out horrible but it turned out pretty good and all my birds liked it except for the one who I really fixed it for.
I can't get my Amazon to eat anything but seed so I figured she would go for this, nope. Oh well, I'll keep trying. I have to figure out someway to get some veggies into this girl. Any ideas on making them look like seed?
