You could try looking into a home-made collar, if you don't make the size too big (easy to do) or too small (birds have tiny necks compared to the actual amount of feathers around their necks). Might want to try googling that... and try to get a proper collar from a vet on Sunday if you can (easier to call around, although some may have their phone systems turned off).
