maybe make a batch only for your Zon with a lot of nuts/seeds so it's a challenge to get the good stuff [her favs] out of the 'good stuff' [birdy bread]
I often embellish cakes with a layer of nuts pressed into the top before baking.
I like the idea of at least pretending to eat the bread yourself - could you take her to another place & kind of have a picnic together - a little one on one?
